Most of these works were created during the covid quarantine. "Get Off My Lawn" was one of the precursors to this evolving style mixing realistic and abstract images w collage patterned paper. Many of the elements reflect the isolation and introspection of 2020-2021 as well as the turbulent politics and election during that time. There is a fair amount of anticipation and contemplation these figures present, leaving the viewer to fill in the blanks (what is their expression? what are they thinking? feeling? what is the situation?)
